I highly recommend Ironwood Dental. The customer service from the front office was professional and knowledgeable. My exam and cleaning were thorough and the hygienist was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Spurgeon answered my questions and made reasonable and thoughtful suggestions. I’m new to Clarksville and found my family’s dentist at Ironwood Dental.

Five stars from opening the door of this practice! The office is very well appointed, with pleasant staff. Kayla was my hygienist and was exceptionally efficient and helpful. Everyone was friendly and, the iced coffee a treat when you leave ! I would recommend Dr Spurgeon to anyone needing dental care.

I'm a very demanding customer, and Ironwood Dental checked every box of what a well-run business should be. From the moment I walked in, there was no unnecessary waiting in the lobby. I had already completed my paperwork through the online link they provided, and unlike many other offices, they didn't make me fill out the same mile-long forms all over again at the front desk. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and flexible with patients' needs. What I appreciated most is that there was no unnecessary upselling or the typical "we'll do part of the cleaning today and the rest at your next visit" approach. They handled everything efficiently and respected my time. They also accept all major insurance providers, which makes the entire process simple and stress-free. Having visited multiple dental offices in Clarksville over the years, I can confidently say that Ironwood Dental stands out. They operate the way every healthcare business should. It's genuinely a pleasure to be their customer, and I highly recommend them.

They were very helpful with filling out ofmy paperwork. I got taken back for my appointment. Right on time. My attendant was very nice. The Dentist Jonathan was very helpful advising me on my recomendations for my treatment plan. I was served with delicious iced coffee while I waited for my tide home.

I’m super happy I chose Ironwood. The staff are so friendly and professional. I was happy I was able to complete all my new patient forms online. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist, so I had to do a deeper cleaning than usual. They explained everything they were doing throughout the whole process. I was also able to go ahead and schedule my appointment for next time. I was even able to schedule with the same hygienist!
